CRUMS enables corporations and individuals to crowd-source tasks, such as employee recruitment, by helping requests "go viral" (aka "PUSH" to your contacts) - while simultaneously screening responses to ensure only high-quality results.

As your Trust Level increases, you are allowed to push jobs to increasing numbers of your contacts per day. You can advance through 11 Trust levels:

CRUMS members can cascade the request to their respective networks (professional and personal). CRUMS tracks the trail of "bread crumbs" until the request is successfully fulfilled. Then it divides the finder's fee among the people who facilitated the winning referral.
Sample Use Case: RECRUITMENT

A company that needs a new Director of IT (annual salary $150,000) posts the job opening in the Bakery on the CRUMS site.

The company sets a finder's fee of $20,000.*

A CRUMS member with IT connections logs into CRUMS and emails (pushes) the job posting to his/her network of IT colleagues. They in turn can log into CRUMS and opt to apply for and/or push the job opportunity to their contacts, and so on.

As IT professionals along the chain submit their resumes, CRUMS screens the candidates against the company's requirements.

The company identifies a highly-qualified applicant and fills the position.

CRUMS splits the $20,000 finder's fee (minus a small administration fee) evenly among the 'breadcrumb trail' of individuals who played a part in the successful referral, and disburses the funds.
